We Keep it Simple

We believe that billing does not have to be complicated. We bill for time and materials. We do not have expensive contracts which offer no value to our clients. Before we start any work, feel free to ask us for an estimate.

On-site Computer Support: $145 per hour
After-hours Computer Support: $210 per hour

Please note the following billing procedure guidelines:

• There is a one-hour minimum for all on-site labor.
• If the service occurs on-site at your facility, half of the commuting time will be counted as labor.
• Remote support will be billed in 15 minute increments.
• Business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F excluding major holidays.
